Aviator App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Aviator App platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aviator App. They apply to every aspect of your use of the platform — registering an account, making deposits, placing bets, playing casino or slot games, participating in promotions, using VIP benefits and withdrawing funds.

Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. We will update the "last updated" date at the top whenever changes are made.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Aviator App you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino play is permitted for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or associate of Aviator App, or an immediate family member of one.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or suspended from Aviator App under any account name.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on Aviator App. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device or household — are not permitted and will be closed. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details, including a false name, date of birth or contact number, is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Aviator App will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

Aviator App reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on Aviator App are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Supported methods may change from time to time; check the deposit page for current options.

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take several hours to clear depending on your bank. There is no fee charged by Aviator App on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account or card belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. PKR withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank accounts registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. VIP members from Gold tier upwards receive priority processing. Platinum-tier members receive same-day settlement as standard. Elite-tier members have bespoke withdrawal arrangements agreed with their account manager.

Aviator App reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. These checks are a standard part of our account security procedures.

If your account balance includes both deposited funds and active bonus funds, withdrawal requests will first be applied to cleared, wagering-requirement-complete balances. Bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Aviator App offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback and VIP-exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general terms.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire after the stated period.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain game types or bet categories. Sports betting, casino games and slots may each have different contribution rates towards wagering requirements.
• Aviator App reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a player's bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these terms.

Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using bonus funds in a way designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine play are all forms of bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules

Aviator App offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised before settlement.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Aviator App reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed error or any form of match manipulation.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events or data feed issues. Bets placed before a suspension are settled at the confirmed odds; bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are shown at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition and VIP tier.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your PKR balance after official result confirmation. For cricket and PSL markets, Aviator App follows the official scorecard and match result as declared by the governing body.
• Accumulator bets are permitted where offered. If one leg of an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs.

8. Casino Rules

The casino section of Aviator App includes live dealer games, slot games and classic table games. The following rules apply to all casino and slot play:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer procedures for live casino titles. Aviator App does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed in casino games are final once the game round is initiated. Technical issues that prevent a round from completing will result in the bet being returned to your balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. In the event of a software malfunction affecting a jackpot outcome, Aviator App's decision following investigation is final.
• Bonus funds used in casino games are subject to the wagering contribution rates stated in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements.
• Playing patterns that are inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture at Aviator App's discretion.

9. VIP Programme

The Aviator App VIP programme consists of four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier status is based on monthly PKR wagering activity across the platform. Benefits including cashback, withdrawal priority and account manager access are as described on the VIP page.

• VIP tier is reviewed monthly. Players who do not meet the activity threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited to your balance. Cashback credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise stated.
• Account manager services are available from Gold tier upwards. Account managers assist with queries, bonus requests and withdrawal coordination — they do not have the ability to override these Terms and Conditions.
• Elite tier is by invitation only and is extended to players at Aviator App's discretion. Elite benefits are agreed individually and documented separately for each Elite member.
• Aviator App reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme or any tier benefits at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

10. Responsible Gaming

Aviator App is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino play should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, conducted within personal budgets and time limits that you set for yourself. If betting stops being fun, it is time to take a break.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. These take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period after being set.
• Bet Limits: Set maximum stake amounts per bet or per session.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum time for each platform session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

Aviator App will never market to a player who has self-excluded or who is on a cooling-off period. If you feel you may have a problem with gambling, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek support from relevant organisations in your area.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Aviator App reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions
• Suspected or confirmed match-fixing, arbitrage betting or use of automated betting systems
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent deposit activity
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other players
• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, Aviator App may forfeit part or all of the balance at its discretion. Where the investigation clears the account, any frozen balance will be released promptly.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aviator App platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Aviator App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Aviator App. Scraping, crawling or automated access to the platform for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Aviator App platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted, Aviator App's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Aviator App is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses.

Aviator App is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted, or from any decision made by you in the course of placing bets or playing casino games.

14. Changes to These Terms

Aviator App may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players by message or notification within the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any balance.
